With over three years of experience at Beaufort Rentals, I have progressed through several key roles—from Accounting Assistant to Application Officer, and now serve as both Portfolio Manager Assistant and Maintenance Coordinator. In my current position, I handle the day-to-day operations related to lease renewals, tenant and owner communications, and a wide range of property concerns. I also coordinate work orders to ensure prompt and effective maintenance services. As a key liaison between tenants, owners, and service providers, I bring strong organizational skills and a commitment to customer service, helping to ensure efficient property management and satisfaction for both owners and tenants.
