At Beaufort Rentals, I lead our leadership team and focus on making sure the company runs smoothly at every level. That includes overseeing financials, approving budgets, tracking performance scorecards, and staying on top of industry trends to guide new initiatives. I’m involved in marketing strategy, major partnerships, and acquisitions—both in terms of new properties and companies. I also make it a priority to stay accessible to owners if any problems arise.
My career in real estate began in 2000, managing commercial properties for a local investor. I joined Beaufort Rentals in 2005 when it managed just one property. Over the years, I took on more responsibility, eventually acquiring the company and expanding it into what it is today—including the launch of separate vacation rental and commercial real estate management businesses.
Real estate isn’t just my profession—it’s what I love. I enjoy building strong teams, pursuing smart growth, and helping investors succeed in a complex and ever-changing market.
