I am the Inspector Coordinator at Beaufort Rentals. I manage and organize the inspection process, including scheduling property inspections (move-in, move-out, annual inspections, and property walkthroughs) and notifying tenants of upcoming inspections. I review inspection reports for damages, maintenance issues, or lease violations, communicate inspection report to property owners, coordinate repairs or upgrades based on inspection results, maintain detailed records of inspections and corrective actions taken, and follow up on previous issues to ensure completion and tenant satisfaction.

My career began in construction and property rentals, where I gained over a year of experience. I was responsible for scheduling work orders, procuring materials, contacting vendors, ensuring schedules were met, conducting quality control checks, inspecting rental units, and performing customer satisfaction surveys.
